We provide a second by second report on a particular viewing session. Based on this data, we pull together engagement estimations showing how many of your viewers got to certain points in your video. (Note: These reports are available for Pro, Business, and Premium members only.)
On the engagement graph, each play is tracked from the point of the video when the user starts watching (usually 0:00, but sometimes later) to the maximum timestamp we’re able to detect (within a single browser session).
We can account for parts skipped in a viewing session which means some graphs may slope downward and then upward again towards the end. Viewers scrubbing back on the video will not change the shape of the graph.
