Will my subscription renew automatically?
By default, your membership renews automatically on the renewal date listed on your billing settings page unless you cancel the automatic renewals.
Can I purchase an additional term of my subscription before the renewal date?
Note: This is currently only supported for Plus, Pro, Business, and Premium plans.
Yes, at this time users can buy one additional year or month ahead depending on your subscription’s billing interval. We are not able to facilitate the purchase of 2 or more additional months/years of a subscription.
To do so, visit the billing settings page and click the Renew now link.
This will add another term of your current plan to the end of your current billing cycle, and your auto-renewal date on your Billing settings page will update to reflect this.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier? Will I be credited for an active previous purchase?
Yes, you can visit our upgrade page to select a higher tier plan to upgrade your subscription.
We automatically prorate your purchase when you upgrade to a higher subscription tier.
For example, if you're halfway through your annual Standard subscription and want to upgrade to the Advanced plan, we would apply what you’ve already paid for the remaining half of your Standard subscription towards the cost of your Advanced subscription. In this case, you would have a year of Advanced membership starting from the date your account was upgraded.
