If you’ve upgraded to a Vimeo Plus membership via the Vimeo mobile app, or purchased a Vimeo Producer or Vimeo Premium membership via the Mevo app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android). You will not be able to manage your app subscription on Vimeo.
Note: If you purchased your membership via the Mevo iOS app, you may need to download the newest version of the app to renew your membership.
While you’re an app subscriber, you won’t be able to upgrade to any higher membership tier on Vimeo. If you would like to move to a higher membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store, and then return to the Vimeo site to upgrade your account.
Please note: Deleting your Vimeo account will not cancel your Vimeo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done in the appropriate store.
