Managing your subscription
If you’ve upgraded to a Vimeo Pro or Vimeo Business membership via the Vimeo Create mobile app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android). You will not be able to manage your Vimeo Create app subscription on Vimeo.
Cancelling your subscription (iOS)
To cancel your subscription on iOS mobile devices, please follow these instructions:

Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap the Vimeo subscription.

Tap Cancel Subscriptions

Please note: Deleting your Vimeo account will not cancel your Vimeo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done in the appropriate store.
Cancelling your subscription (Android)
To cancel your subscription on an Android device, please follow the below:

Open the Google Play Store

Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.

Find the Vimeo subscription.

Tap Cancel.

Upgrading your subscription
While you’re an app subscriber, you won’t be able to upgrade to any higher membership tier on Vimeo. If you would like to move to a higher membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store, and then return to the Vimeo site to upgrade your account.
