Vimeo has integrated with the event management and ticketing platform Eventbrite to provide you with a one-stop solution for your ticketed live event. If you have both a Vimeo account and an Eventbrite account, you are able to use Vimeo’s top-tier video player to play video and stream on-demand content to your ticket holders (please note that live streaming is only available to Vimeo Premium and Enterprise members).

Setting up the integration
Check out Eventbrite’s documentation for setting up the event. Then, when it comes time to add video, select “Vimeo Live” from the list of sources.
For information about customizing your embedded player (including colors, end screens, and more) on Vimeo’s side, see this article.
Technical information for live streaming
For an overview of how embedding a live event works on Vimeo, you can check out this article. The article will walk you through the various settings you’ll be able to customize, as well as how to get the chat embed code.
Please note: The default option when creating an event is a recurring event. Although there is also an option to do a one-time event, we do not recommend doing so with important events, even if your event will not recur.
What happens when your stream ends
Ending your stream will trigger the final stages of the video archiving process. Your live settings page will also change to the post-live version. The indicator at the top changes to Offline, and your video preview will now link to your archived video’s settings page.
Once your video has gone through the archival process, it appears in your video manager on your Vimeo account like any other video.
Live event privacy settings
When you create your live event, you’ll be able to select from several privacy options. This article will walk you through all of them; these settings will apply to wherever the video is embedded, including Eventbrite.
Analytics
On Vimeo’s end, you’ll be able to view the analytics for your video as you would with any other embedded video. To see the analytics dashboard, log in and then select “Analytics” from the Manage Videos menu. To see everything you can do from the analytics dashboard, read this article.
