Instant Apps are a feature of Android that automatically downloads a super-lightweight app to a user’s device. This app allows greater functionality and an improved user experience over a webpage but doesn’t offer the full feature set compared to the app downloaded from the Play Store. Instant apps can only be used while connected to the internet; offline usage and playback isn't possible.
Vimeo’s Instant App automatically installs when tapping a vimeo.com video link on a device with Instant Apps enabled.

How to delete the Instant App
To delete the Vimeo Instant App, open your device’s Settings app, then tap Google > Instant App > Vimeo > Clear app data.
The Instant App is automatically disabled if you install the Vimeo app from the Google Play Store.
