If you choose the "Make a quick video" option, after you upload your footage Vimeo Create will automatically decide on a length for your video. If you wish, you can adjust the video length manually after you select your footage.

Setting a length for your video (Web)
To set a length for your video in the web player, follow these steps:
1. Click Duration: Auto. A dropdown menu will appear with the following video length choices:
- Auto
- Max 15 sec
- Max 30 sec
- Max 60 sec
- Custom
2. Click Custom to manually adjust the maximum video length based on the amount of footage you uploaded. For longer videos, you may need to add more footage.
3. Click Apply once you've chosen your desired length.
Setting a length for your video (Mobile)
To set a length for your video in your mobile device, follow these steps:
- After selecting your footage, tap the footage editor button on the bottom left hand side of the app. A menu will appear with the following length choices:
- Auto
- Max 15 sec
- Max 30 sec
- Max 60 sec
- Custom
- Tap Custom to manually adjust the maximum video length based on the amount of footage you uploaded. For longer videos, you may need to add more footage.

- Tap on Done once you've chosen your desired length.
Note: If you choose the "Start from scratch" option when creating a new video, your footage will determine the length of the video itself. Images are automatically set at 2 seconds each, and you can extend and trim their duration using the timeline feature.
