With a Vimeo Pro membership or higher, you can invite team members to your account to help manage and review the content uploaded on the main account.
There are four permission types for team members: uploaders, viewers, contributors, and admins. All member types will need to make their own Vimeo account in order to be able to join a team. Team members will then be able to switch into the team account using the switcher on the Create Drafts page.
The available Create features will depend on the team owner’s subscription tier. This means that if a team member tries to use a feature that is not included in the team owner’s subscription, they will see a message that they don’t have permission to access that feature.
Uploader team members do not have access to Vimeo Create drafts or saved videos on the team account.
Viewer and Contributor team members can view, share, and download saved videos in any folder that they have been given access to; Contributors can additionally create and edit all drafts within that folder.
Admin team members can view, create, edit, share, and download all saved videos, regardless of which folder the videos are saved in. After a draft has been saved to the team Video Manager, admins will be able to delete the video as well.
Only a team owner can delete a draft made with Vimeo Create from the team account. Only a team owner can also delete uploaded media.
