As a customer who worked with one of our sales representatives and executed an individualized agreement, you’ll need to set up an account in our payment portal in order to manage your billing information and pay invoices.
This account is separate from your vimeo.com account. You cannot access the payment portal with your vimeo.com login information.
- You will receive a sign-up invitation to the billing email address listed on your order form. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your payment portal account.
⚠️Note: You must create a new account in the payment portal to complete the registration. If you do not see the email shortly after the invitation was sent, check your spam or junk folder.
- Once you create an account, you will receive another email to confirm your account. If you’re having trouble finding this message, search within your inbox for the email subject “Vimeo.com - Invoice and Payment Portal Registration.”
- Once your account is confirmed, you can access Vimeo's payment portal. Be sure to bookmark this page.
This payment portal is only for customers who worked with a sales representative and executed an individualized agreement. Self-serve customers (who signed up and paid online without the involvement of our sales team) should continue to manage their billing preferences in their Account Settings.
If you need to change the billing contact for your account or have any issues accessing the portal, have the primary contact of your organization contact our Accounts Receivable support team at email@example.com.
