The Timeline helps you to arrange the order of elements in your video as well as edit the duration of media or elements such as graphics and text.
The Timeline is found under the Stage in the editor. It has multiple layers, meaning that you can have media or effects playing at the same time. For example, multiple video clips can play alongside photos simultaneously or you can layer background music and an uploaded voiceover track.
⚠️Note: If you are overlapping multiple videos or photos, the top-most layer in the stack will be the layer displayed in the video. However, if another layer’s media contains sound (ex: a video clip of a cityscape with traffic sounds), the sounds will continue to play in the background.
You can use the Zoom slider to zoom in and out of the timeline or select the Fit button to fit the width of the Timeline to your screen.
You can also drag and select the top border of the timeline to expand its height.
