If you used the mobile app to purchase a membership (via Apple or Google Play), but it doesn't appear in your Account Settings and you keep seeing prompts to upgrade, it's possible that your purchase hasn't been updated on our backend yet.
To resolve this:
- Go to your Account Settings in the mobile app (select My videos, then tap your profile photo).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Restore (Android) / Restore purchase (iOS).
- This will actively fetch your purchase information and update it on your account.
If this doesn't work, please contact Support and let us know of the exact steps you have taken so we can further investigate.
