How do I update my password?
You can update your password by logging in and visiting the Password Settings page.
There you must enter your previous password, then you will be able to enter the new password.
How do I update my password if I can't log in?
If you forgot your password or your password isn't being recognized, you'll need to reset it using the main email address on your account.
You can reset your password on our Forgotten Password page.
Enter the email address you used to sign up for Vimeo, and wait up to two minutes for the password reset email to be delivered. Clicking the link in that email will allow you to choose a new password on your account.
I'm not receiving a password reset email, or the email isn't working. What do I do?
If you're not seeing the password reset email after two minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.
Keep in mind, each time you request a password reset, we cancel all existing password reset links. Therefore, make sure you only click on the last email you receive.
