How do I receive a refund for my purchase?
To request a refund, please contact our support team.
- Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.

⚠️ Note: This refund policy only applies to our self-serve memberships (Premium and lower). If you are on an Enterprise account, please review our Enterprise terms and contact your account manager with any payment-related questions.
Can I receive a partial refund for my purchase?
We are unable to facilitate partial refunding of accounts in order to accommodate refund requests outside of the eligibility time frame.
Refunds for Google Play Purchases
For purchases made via Google Play, you can either contact us to request a refund, or request the refund through Google support.
- Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the specified period will not be refunded. For more info on our refund policy, visit our Terms of Service.
Refunds for Apple Purchases
To request a refund for a subscription purchased through iTunes or the Apple App Store, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support. Since the purchase was made through their app platform, it is subject to their refund policy and must be handled by Apple's support team.
