Apple Purchases
To request a refund for a subscription purchased through iTunes or the Apple App Store, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support. Since the purchase was made through their app platform, it's subject to their refund policy and must be handled by Apple's support team.
Partial Refunds
Vimeo currently does not facilitate partial refunding of accounts in order to accommodate refund requests outside of the eligibility time frame.
Special Promotions
