You can easily control what kinds of email notifications you receive from Vimeo from the Notifications tab of your Account Settings. This includes over 20 different messages, from new upload notifications to comment notifications and the Vimeo monthly newsletter.
Simply toggle the "Yes" or "No" option next to any notification and then save your changes.
