What is a subscription downgrade?
Subscription downgrading is an automated process that allows you to have a seamless transition from your current subscription into a lower tier of paid service when your renewal date arrives.
Scheduling a downgrade is a perfect option for users who have had their service needs change and want to ensure that they don't encounter a lapse in their subscription.
How can I schedule a downgrade for my subscription?
If you would like to schedule a downgrade to another paid tier of service, please reach out to Support via our contact form so that we can schedule it for you.
It is not possible to schedule a downgrade to another paid tier of service through your own Account Settings page, so please reach out to us for assistance.

How can I downgrade my account to the Basic tier?
Downgrading your subscription to our Basic tier does not require you to reach out to Support. You can do this by unsubscribing your account via the Membership Plan page.
Please note that once your renewal date passes and your account lapses to our Basic tier, your account will be subject to our lapse rules as outlined here.
Can I downgrade my subscription early and receive a partial refund instead?
Downgrades can only be scheduled to occur on your account's next renewal date, which you can view on the Membership Plan page.
We are unable to facilitate partial refunding of accounts in order to expedite the downgrade process.
