What payment methods do you accept?
For all purchases, we currently accept:
- American Express
International payment methods we accept are:
- Carte Bleue
- China UnionPay.
Through our Vimeo and Vimeo Create apps, you may also use iTunes/App Store or Google Play for purchases. However, if you are looking to purchase multiple seats, you will need to do so via vimeo.com, as multiple seat purchases are not supported on our apps.
Do you accept checks, invoices, or purchase orders?
We cannot accept checks, invoices, or purchase orders for Vimeo memberships.
My credit card is not working. What do I do?
If our system is not accepting your credit card, please ensure that you've entered the appropriate:
- Expiration date for the card. Has the card been renewed recently?
- Zip code for the card. Has your billing address changed?
- CVV for the card.
If the card still does not work, we recommend inquiring further with your bank or contacting us with the exact error message you are seeing using our contact form.
